Welcome to our website.
We are Daniele and Roberto. Together with our parents we have been operating for several years in the accommodation and tourism sector to make your vacations in Alghero special. We first renovated our family building at Via Oristano 50 to make it a convenient and comfortable guesthouse, immediately baptized with the initials of our names: R & D.
The facility is just 200 meters from the Lido di Alghero, a beautiful city beach with panoramic views of the prestigious old town to the left and the majesty of the Coral Riviera gulf before our eyes.
All 6 double rooms at R & D Guesthouse are modern and cozy, have a private bathroom and are equipped with every comfort. Try the two special Queen rooms with whirlpool tubs!
We have always tried to respond to our clients' wishes as best we can. Thanks to listening to them, we have enriched our offer with three more facilities taken over in the vicinity of the main guesthouse:
- The Smerald, at Via Baleari 28 B, just 400 meters from the main building, consisting of two double rooms
- The Smerald 2, at Via Europa 6A, adjacent to the R & D, with three double rooms, two of which are Superior with whirlpool tubs
- The Smerald 2.2, at Via Carbonia 38, just 160 meters from R & D, with three double rooms.
All our rooms have private bathrooms, TV, mini fridge, free wifi and air conditioning.
We guarantee daily housekeeping and towel change every three days of stay.
The check-in service is fully automated: thanks to the innovative Vikey system, our clients, after registering, can access the facility at any time with total autonomy and security.
